I read the thread on the banner, and i actually came up with a name...this is based on EVE Online so i though EVE Online : Warzones would be a pretty cool name

lol cool, looks pretty nice actually..... maybe next time put some fighting action in! Edit: Actually i have just got hold of a copy of Adobe After Effects, I'm experimenting with it (It's pretty confusing, but i should have it, i'm going through a tutorial ATM) but once i've got that sorted, how about you guys send me some footage and i turn it into something?

that's good, but i meant how will it work. will you hit the 'warp' button, click a destination and the ships just travel very fast there? and will it cost you credits or so on?

fair enough. But are you changing all the animation, so hyperspace gates are like stock HW2, but will hyperspacing still look like HW2? and how is warping gonna work?

Hmmmm.... immobile motherships doesn't sound that great, i mean ok they don't move fast, but at least they moved...moving your base around in HW2 was quiet effective. and getting rid of the titans? TBH i think that's a pretty silly idea, the titans are ace ships and shouldn't be taken out of the mod

I've played both EVE and HW2, there both ace games and i can't wait to play...once i saw this mod i ran down to my local Gamestation to get a new copy of HW2, i'm eagerly awaiting release.... so anyway, can you guys take some fraps of what you've got in action and post 'em up for us? or maybe just send out a little beta patch? pleeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaase? ;D

Right, an Idea for the mod. Why don't you implement Titans as Battlecruisers? sure, the scale may be a bit wrong, but i think it would be a good idea. this way we keep titans.... or you could implement a whole new class, the 'Titan' class, like the ultimate ship of each race..... but it's massively expensive and technologically advanced to just be built within like...an hour or so of a skirmish mode.

Also, I recommend getting rid of the capture-versions of the industrial ships. Ship capturing never happens during fleet battles, only at safe spots where people were dumb enough to ditch their ships (let's not implement that.) Actually you're wrong. I found it great fun to let the enemy draw close to your mothership, with their Destroyer or BCruiser, then send in your military units to take out every other ship and while they're at it you send in your capture frigates to take the big prize. Great Stuff ;D
