Just a heads-up, I finish my last final exam 11 hours from now, then I pack, check out, and drive home for the summer. I'll get back to HODding and scripting as soon as I'm settled back at home.

Current Progress: June 14, 2006- All 4 races are in the game and can be selected from the menu (no crashing.)
- Two frigates have been HODed, the Kestrel is complete except for textures, the Executioner needs hardpoints and textures.
- Punisher and Maller are modeled and ready to be HODed.
- Kinetic rockets and rocket launchers are scripted and ready (already in use on the Kestrel.)
- I'm helping Okoru remember all the texturing stuff I taught him previously.

Currently struggling with animated turrets (on the Executioner.) I think the sideways orientation is making things difficult (though in theory the up/forward vectors should make the orientation very easy to manipulate.) Will post another update once I figure out how to make these things work properly (should be later tonight.)

Now that I've found one solution to the enginetrails problem (default HW2 trails on the missiles are ugly and don't fit with the EVE universe) with the help of 4E534B on the Relic Forums, I'll move on to finishing those animated turrets for the Executioner. After that, the Punisher and the Maller.

We need some people with access to 0.0 to go take some screenshots of some rare ores from multiple angles (e.g. mercoxit, hedbergite, etc...)
This might best be done on the test server, since nobody is allowed to shoot at you without consent, though you might still run into NPCs.
I might hop in a Helios and take some screenies on the test server since our chunk of 0.0 space doesn't have some of the ores I'm looking for.

I finished modeling the Hornet (Caldari Light Scout Drone) a few minutes ago. Also, I imported the Hammerhead into HW2. Now for HODing the Hornet... Oh yeah we still need a texturer.

I've decided to take a crack at texturing. I haven't done it in ages (only other time I tried was for the AFF mod and that was about a year ago.) So here's my poor excuse for texturing in action (note: it is incomplete, and the base texture is only a placeholder, since it doesn't look much like metal.)
